Pokemon GO Upgrade Items and Components

Most upgrade components can be replaced if they are slotted into an item, but doing so can destroy the previous upgrade. Exceptions are glyphs (which can only be used in gathering tools) and enchantments, which are able to be removed and then reinserted.
Insignias Enchantments, insignias, and prefix/suffix upgrades will be displayed in the hover display of the item, and they will be added to the equipment's name (e.g. the word Radiant Insignia could change the name to Radiant Tyrian Armor). The tooltip of an item will show the number of upgrade components that have been added to it.
Glyphs
Glyphs are special characters that can be added into an OpenType font to add functional or decorative elements, like ligatures, ornaments, fractions, swashes, registered trademark symbols and ellipses. The Glyphs panel allows you to view and insert these special characters as well as regular glyphs like em dashes and en dieshes, registered trademark symbols and characters that are not found in other fonts (such as dingbats).
Each Glyph gives a character boost in primary stats. It also includes up to four secondary stats that affect the glyph's radius on your Paragon Board. Secondary Stats are a percentage increase which is multiplied once other bonuses are applied, with the exception of Speed Glyphs which directly increase the speed of the hero.
Selecting the Glyphs and clicking "enchant" will activate them. This will bring up a new window that displays the Glyphs you own that can be applied to the selected item. item upgrading need to apply the correct Glyph to the selected item.
